I copied the manuals from Skinnerbox before it went down.
I could copy it onto a CD and mail it out. Maybe we can get it going where one person gets it, copies it and sends it off to someone else. We'd have to get a mailing list going. You would have to go here and download this program: http://www.httrack.com/ Then you copy the file to your computer and use HTTRACK to open it. The file is 812mb but I can compress it to fit on a CD. SO what do you all think?? Danny

MB does not sell the FSM for the W126 on any of their websites. They do offer to sell access to the online information for a monthly fee.Why is this the only option MB offers for W126 info? I can't know.
MB is strictly online access for the W126. I need to be able to have the info on hand while doing the work on the car. Online won't really work for me. My method at the moment is to search through this forum for information and then to print out those threads that relate to the issue/solution. Sharing is good. I'd like to have a FSM for my 460k mile '83 300SD. MB is not making it easy for the DIY W126 person. They probably hope we'll just give up.
