1997 e300d Glow Plug Fuse & Light

Is there a glow plug fuse on the 1997 e300d? I think I found the Glow Plug Relay. It is near the window fluid bottle right? I tested each circuit all read 1.5 to 1.6 ohms My Battery was very low also and was wondering if is maybe why the glow plug light isn't coming on?. I will find out soon after the charge anyway. Anything someone can add to help would be appreciated... Thanks!.. Indi
