Poor mans cup holder

My wife and I were shopping for a cup holder that didn't alter the Mercedes and was resonable, we happened upon this one, I think less than two bucks at your local Wally World. It fits perfectly between the seat and the console, it just sort of wedges between and rests against the seat belt latch, it works perfect. It's not attached in any way.
Just thought I would pass along to anyone that has been shopping for a simple solution for a place to set your coffee.
Enjoy,
Frank

Ive been using two of those since I got my car a couple of years ago....one in the same place you have yours, and the other in the door catch-all. They work fine, as long as you use a covered cup.....sadly, SWMBO doesn't like the covers....needless to say, I keep a lot of paper towels around too!!!

Now, if my interior looked like yours, I'd insist on covers or she would walk...but unfortunately, it looks like the po didn't much care about anything...

It looks to me like an SDL...but I'm no expert....just basing that on the center console and doors...

Looks like a 350SDL to me.

Excellent condition, too.

Late model W126. They updated the door panels / seats in 90.

I have a habit of keeping the cup in my hand until it's empty, then sticking it behind the lever so it doesn't tip over and drip.
