A/C troubleshooting
original CC screwed up - ran in off position, etc... found burnt circuits on board
checked all fuses - OK blower regulator appeared tampered with... replaced with used/tested unit checked blower.... motor runs unplugged aux. water pump (in case this fried first CC board) Installed used/tested CC unit.... NOTHING... can't get the fan to run in any position. (at least it doesn't run in the off position like the old one did!) Any ideas where to go next?

$%^& Ac!
Did you check the fuse?
Apply some dielectric grease to the pins on the connector? Test for voltage at the unit? RSCarey |

All the fuses in the panel were checked OK
I am getting voltage at a couple of the pins... Does anyone have a good wiring diagram that I can figure out the function of each pin and the proper voltage?

I've now cleaned the entire fuse box and replaced all the fuses.... dielectric grease on all the connectors
STILL NOTHING!! Have I stumped the forum? You've gotta love the German A/C systems!

Yep, exact same part #
Could the temp control regulator keep everything locked out? I can't find a clear wiring diagram of the A/C system to trace it out. Does anyone have a clear readable A/C wiring diagram?
