Climate control

I can be cruising down the road and have heat comeing out of vents and then it will be air. It keep going heat to air got any ideas??
Tank is full of water(anti freeze)

This is on a 1984 ----300d

My speculation is the (in a chorus of one note)

MONOVALVE

(sorry, it is late)

I have had the same thing. One I changed it

problem gone.

Under the hood, right (passenger side) in the heater hose, near the firewall. Do you have a 300D or 300SD?
