You are 100% correct about that and when I do commit the inevitable technical or terminology gaffe or faux pas I am the first to apologize to those reading a TREAD. I trust that my occasional use of bold-face and underlining is no longer considered misleading.

It's only misleading if the underlying information is partially incorrect. You may know, from politics, that if you state something loudly and repeat it frequently, it becomes believable to most, despite its truth or lack therof.
