Don't always assume MB tools are more costly than aftermarket...
I stopped in to my dealer to order 2 tools. The first was the set of hooks for pulling out the instrument cluster and the other was the special splined socket for the injection pump delivery valves. The cost of the hooks was only $11 and the socket was $29. This is less than sellers on ebay ask for them and less than the aftermarket tools sold by samstag ($59.17 for the Hazet socket and $24.95 for the hooks on their site!). So, don't always assume the MB tools are more, in this case they were less, much less!

Holloway Mercedes, Manchester, NH. I would assume the prices are standard though, since they are in the MB computer system but I don't know that for sure.
I have heard some dealers don't order tools for their customers...that stinks. I know when I ordered the dipstick for my 722.6 transmission their price was less than the aftermarket prices were (about $40 as I recall).
