Are there any other make/model MBs that I can get a mufler from and install in this car ?

How about a radiator, windshield wiper arm, turn signals ?

Wiper arms and turn signals from another 123 should work. You are better off getting a new muffler, unless you know the used one is in good shape. Exhaust systems tend to rust from the inside-out because of the moisture left over from the running of the engine and the condensation from the used air. Do not know about the radiator, but I do believe they are model specific.

all W123's are the same except for the wagons, they are different from the rear doors back... but some supsension bits can interchange

Radiator must be from a 300D/CD/TD Turbo engine.

Windshield wiper arm , any W123

Turn signal, rear turn signal light assembly is body specific. Sedan can use sedans or coupes, wagons must use wagon. Any W123 body, 240D, 300D, 300CD 280CE etc. Front signals are all the same.
