what transmission seals to replace while engine is out?

While the SD is being redisplaced to match it's badge, what transmission seals in the bell housing should I replace? I've read about an input shaft seal (seems obvious) and a front pump seal. Does anyone have a manual or instructions for replacing the front pump seal?
