Whats the oil pressure at idle? Have you had the oil analyzed? Is the noise from the front or the rear of the engine? Some ideas I have are a bad timing chain guide, Loose crankshaft damper/pulley, loose torque converter bolts.

Start cracking the injector lines and see if you can narrow it down. At this point you are guessing. Also I'd pull the valve cover and remove the cam, see how the cam bearings look.
I'm leaning towards something to do with the cam at this point.

Pressure at idle seems good. Just a bit below full on. Haven't had the oil analyzed. No familiar with that.

I went all over it with my stethoscope and the loudest point is from the oil filter housing (!?!). Also a bit noisy at the front of the valve cover.
