Cooling system recommendations

Hello All

I need a new radiator as mine is leaking from where the tank is crimped to the core, and through the threads on the drain plug. As far as I know it's the original. Only thing I've done since I've owned it is change the coolant a few times.
Since I haven't changed out any cooling parts since I've owned it, would it be a good idea to change hoses and thermostat and water pump? Phil has so many different cooling system hoses- do I need to change them all? I'm a little confused as to what absolutely must be replaced; I don't want to replace every hose in there if I don't have to. He doesn't seem to have that little short hose either- do I need to change it, and does anyone have the part #? How much transmission fluid will I have to replace with the new radiator? Thanks

I just replace the small hoses when they leak, the two or three major ones I replace religiously, but not the heater or whatever hoses unless they leak. that short hose that goes between the water neck and the block, I just cut a piece of 1-3/4 hose off and clamped it in... I think it was 1-3/4 maybe 1-5/8? anyway, I matched it up to a cheapo rad hose and all is good.
