Front End Questions

I have an '83 300CD... mileage is uncertain but certainly close to 300K...

My new tires are wearing thin on the inside edges... I'm certain it must have to do with bushings wear...

My question is the most likely culprit upper control arm bushings? or tie rods?

or at this point should it all be done?

thanks for your help

Do the tie rod ends display any looseness? Any tears in the rubber boots? Do the upper control arm bushings look worn or loose?
