Post Help with right torque of cyl head for 240D

Friends, I will appreciate it if someone could inform me of the right torque I should apply to the bolts of the cyllinder head of an engine 616. Using an ELRING gasket. I am somwhat confused with the Newtons and other terms. what is in foot pounds. any information will be apprecitated.

ft lbs to Nm is a linear conversion - search "convert:foot pounds to Newton meters" on google

I put the factory manual bits for the head at
