617 breather upgrade???

Does anybody have one of these installed? You can see the picture at

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=586348810&r=0&t=0 . Do these work as advertised? It looks like they are more durable then the original 3 piece breather I have.
