Question v-bulletin software upgrade?

sir or madam,

another forum i frequent just upgraded to ver 3.0.3
its a very nice upgrade with some enhanced functions.
its been stable there since the upgrade (approx 1 month)

any thought of an upgrade here?

nothing really WRONG with the ver used here,
just seemed like a very nice upgrade there.


afterall, where are you using my dues/fees?

After the move, we may upgrade.
The early version of 3.x was very resource hungry. Since we're at the limit of our current server, it made no sense to upgrade.
