IMHO, if you're going to go to the effort of replacing your clutch, you may as well get the flywheel resurfaces, so that you don't have any problems. If it's never been resurfaced before, you should be fine. Be sure to note the orientation of the flywheel relative to the crank when replacing. Look for the notches.
I reused the bolts, but I've heard that you're not supposed to. I applied lock tite and used a torque wrench to avoid over tightening.
