Firstly: Just got the Primer Pump assembly- anything ODD I should know?

Secondly - has anyone been having issues with the new UTRLA LOW SULFUR diesel

this primer pump just all of a sudden just started leaking - and not the first of my diesels to some issue with new fuel- My Ford with the IH 7.3l NA ( non Turbo) really smokes with this new fuel - I have read a bit on the Toyota Diesel forum about the reformulation is causing more water in fuel - ????
