International Light Line trucks (Scouts, Travelalls, Pickups), my Jeep Wrangler (very envious of lutz' Hemi conversion!), boating w/the wife & kids in our SeaRay and the N.E. Patriots.

I used to live in Lutz, not much there. The Winndixie on 41 and Sunset was the local hot spot if that says anything. Very nice Mustang. I had a neighbor there that thought he knew everything about Vets but he couldn't figure out which end of a screwdriver you are supposed to hold.

Other than the other stuff I listed I also collected vintage ice chests/picnic coolers

I have a coke cooler dated from 1947 and a "Cola cooler" dated at east the 60's. No plastic for me just asbestos lined metal please.

My day job is as an EE/researcher coming up with products for musicians/live performers. I'm a musician myself an play professionally on the side. And I love skiing, here in the northeast, but get out west (Vail is my favorite) whenever I possibly can. My new mercedes habit is certainly taking up a lot of my time...

Flyfishing & tying

I guess my other obsession would have to be flyfishing. I've only done freshwater so far but look forward to doing a little saltwater in the near future when I can afford a rig (I tend to have expensive, high-quality tastes.).

Several folks are slightly bewildered when I mention flyfishing in Texas, but you can catch any species on a fly rod and a lot more fun to boot. Sometimes I travel to catch some of the salmonoid species.....Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, but the best has been Chile, South America! I have made two trips to the Patagonia region and look forward to doing another soon! Beautiful, wild area of the country and met a lot of good-hearted people there.

No, no 360 in my future. My original xbox is modified and I like it the way it is. Though you can modify the 360 It just won't be the same.

I like skiing too. Going to Lake Tahoe in 3 weeks. Didn't mention it before cause there's not much skiing in Florida.

"What is your other obsession "

Wasn't there a Woody Allen skit in "Everything you always wanted to know about six" involving a Rabbi that liked to be tied up. The one where Gene whats his name, fells in love with the sheep was pretty good too.

My other obsession was driving boats, I used to wonder why someone would pay me to do something that is so much fun. Most folks pay money to see the Panama cannel or the Inside Passage

I will be shutting down the computer soon as the wind is freshening up to gale force and the power will soon go out.

Cars ? Motorcycle ? Boats ? bah humbug =)

I am obsessed with my 8 month old son- he is the cutest and most precious gift I have ever been given.

All the funds I make from work (incl travel) go toward giving my Wife/his mom a home, food, warmth, and garage I can work on cars in when they need it.

Someday I'll expand my horizons, lest I begin to spoil him, but until then, my little Jacob is my world.

Since I guess family isn't a given, is it too late to add my 9yoS, 7yoD, 4yoS and 5moS (and even the Mrs. who's a SAHM to the flock) to the top of my list?

Damn reality (muttering sheepishly).

You would love my collection! Orvis are my favorites! One day I plan on doing little else then fly fishing and boating.

Sam,

Come down to Ingleside/Aransas Pass and fly fish for reds on the Laguna and in Ingleside Cove.

My cousin in New Hampshire used to be a professional fly rod demonstrator for Orvis back in the 70's. He's the guy that you see at county fairs, etc. who could put a fly in a drinking glass from 50 yds. Of course he owns a interior decorating company now so where did all that ability get him?

All my funds went to the Merc's but one day ill sell off all but the 80gal and finish off that big reef project.
