I don't have one of those. It should work as advertised, but I doubt it will stop the mess inside the air filter housing that blowby gasses and the stock oil separator create.

I got one for my 81 300SD.
They do indeed work. My oil consumption has decreased significantly. Also, you can order these from the dealer at a relatively low price.
