I've done it. I think her favorite was clean fresh hydrolic oil.

Thats why these are the perfect cars to have in case a really big crap hits the fan. Think post-apocolyptic... wonder why there were no MB diesels in Mad Max??

Ahh... This must be the secret...

"-turbo-jetted dual-pole resonator with quick disconnect, and military polymer bead filtration unit"

That's the least I would expect for a $3000.

Turbo-jetted dual pole resonator

Does anybody know what a military turbo-jetted dual pole resonator is and where do you get one.

I don't know how he thinks burning used motor oil, gear oil, etc is going to be clean. Those products burn really dirty, and even diluting it with diesel isn't going to make it clean.
I like the Jesus fish in the top left corner.

Methinks this "conversion" isn't much but a really overpriced filter for fuel I'd be very hesitant to burn anyway...

A lot of local dieselheads have told me that a quart or two of (new) automatic transmission fluid makes a good engine detergent/cleaner, and that it can be added straight to the fuel tank. Haven't yet tried it.

Cheers, John

Old mechanics myth. It will coke the injectors.
Just like with SVO/WVO, if it's not meant from the start to be a fuel, don't put it in your tank.

Yes, but after we go back further to the Dr. Diesel and the coal duct story. Give it up, the "He used peanut oil" excuse is long dead and proven non-applicable to the MB engines because of their completely different design.
