That nozzle doesn't look bad to me either. Looks can be deceiving. The pintle is open and not clogged. Diesel fuel will do the same thing to injector nozzles.

Heat the WVO?? Maybe you didn't notice he lives in Florida. Does he blend? If he heats a blend it can cause problems. Why would you tell him to heat it if you don't know that?

The OM602 / OM601 engines all use flat cut nozzles as standard and I would recommend using the specified nozzle for your engine.

I think this is DN0SD265 for all the car variations.
DN0SD261 for commercials T1 and sprinter - although I have read in a independant manual that some may use 265s ?!?

I have heard good things about Bosio nozzles (produced for VW Tdi) I've recently got some bad Bosch nozzles (made in India)

I didn't see the 261 as an application for the 240D (OM616.912). I' m a little confused now - you're saying the 261 nozzle works well for veggie in a 240D n/a (same as the 617 / 300D W123)?

Sorry to keep asking questions, I've been messing with nozzles a while now and I want to get it done and buried for good (100K good at least)
