w124 Rear end rebuild

Here's my list; should Anything else be added?

-Subframe mounts
-Dampners (Bilistein?)
-Trailing arm bushings
-Sway bar linkages
-Control arm bushing
-Thrust Arm

The car has just over 400k on it. The back end "shimmies" (for lack of a better word) Rear passenger wheel also has a camber problem (and is squeaks?)

Any reason to go for Bilstein over KYB?
