Union Pacific is testing an oxidation catalyst in one of their locomotives. The concept looks an awful lot like the trap ox in the 87 300D

Looks like they're installing it on an EMD SD60M for those who know their locomotives.

The turbos for these things can't be cheap...they're bigger than the engine in yer 300D
