That is beyond optimistic...... And that is way more than slight damage!! |
This car needs more than a welder. You need a frame master to pull on that quarter before you cut it off. The unibody is very stout on these car and it takes a really big hit to crush it up like that. You see where the door gap is completely closed and the door overlaps the quarter? You can simply cut and weld it and hope everything will line up. You have to pull on the crushed part before you cut into it.
And thats a lot of cashola for a car wrecked as much as this one. I paid $1300 for this and I think i over paid as well. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y142/jfboy/300d1.jpg http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y142/jfboy/300d2.jpg |

Well two days and the seller has not responded to my email to meet me and let me hear/drive the beast. That throws a flag on the field
I also believe the current high bidder is a "shill" as he is also high bidder on the sellers other vehicle in auction. |
the 3 feedback, and user name change are what throws the flag for me...
John and don't the pop rivits on the vin plate look a bit new? how clear do you think the FRAME title would be? John |
He has a 124 listed now - interesting the first picture has Palm Trees in the background. Must be a part of Jackson I have not visited. LOL

as a side question, what is the metal box with the coils of wire in them in front of the expansion tank on the fender?
and what years did they arrive? the White SD i am waiting on has it... and I am now thinking it is an 85. my car also has the short tach amp, and the knob on the PS lid... I gotta check the build date on the car! John http://i135.photobucket.com/albums/q...ech/e0c4_4.jpg |
