If the struts are not leaking fluid, it needs the valve rebuilt. Very $$$. Unless it REALLY bugs you, I'd live with it.

The advise about rebuilding your valve assy is correct. However, it is expensive to buy a new valve, not a rebuild kit.
I don't have a link, but do a search and it will turn up the kit part number and availability locations. Heck, check Fastlane above and see if it is listed there.

As with everybody else, it would help the folks trying to help you to give us your car info either in the body of your post, or permanently in you signature. Specifically the model and year.

**edit part deaux**
looky what I found:
Wagon rear suspension valve rebuild

Sounds like your suspension valve is the culprit. You can rebuild it. There is a kit for it. It's called a Washer Kit. I redid mine about a year ago, the kit cost about $70, and I had to get it from the stealership, but Phil at fastlane might be able to get one for you. Be very carefull and pay close attention to how things come apart. There are several parts that can go in different ways, and if they are put back incorrectly the valve won't work properly. I'm not trying to scare you away, I just don't want you to have to do it 2 or 3 times,it really is any easy job.
