Chasing and oil leak

I'm chasing an annoying small oil leak. Car leaves about a dime sized set of drops under the oil pan when I park it. I looked under the car and pretty much everything is coated with a light coat of oil.

From what I can tell, I THINK it is coming from the lower oil pan gasket. At least that is where I am going to start. The rear side of the oil pan has some oil on it as well as where the lower pan and gasket meet. Lastly, it leaves a drip on the drain pan bolt.

That said, I'm going to try tightening the lower pan first. Can someone please tell me what the torque value of these pan bolts are?

Many thanks.
