Just had glow plugs replaced by ind.repair shot and the engine bogs when cold. Checked resonance valve on intake and it's not working. Cleaned valve and worked it manually but it seems that there's no vacuum to pull valve open. I'm wondering if a vacuum hose was not put back correctly?
