Almost done swapping auto->manual, one problemo, where did my reverse go?

It locks. Its goes into where R SHOULD be. But its first gear. 1-4 shift just fine. Any suggestions?

Also will I be ok swapping the speedo cable from the manual car? The auto has a diff type cable....
