I have been attempting to determine where a diesel fuel leak is ... the leak is very limited, but persistent. I have tried watching the area where it is pooling, but can't find a simple leak.
My best bet is the side of the injector pump ... fuel is pooling on supports just below it. Has anyone had this type of leak ... it's driving me nuts and the smell is a real drawback for my wife (I actually like it, but that is probably leftover from my days flying airplanes in the Navy). Thanks in advance. George Stephenson george.stephenson@trw.com |
