rear braided fuel lines

My rear fuel lines that connect from the fuel tank to the metal lines are weeping, and in need of replacement... Does anyone know the specs on those? Size, if I can get it at the Checker down the street, etc...?

If I pull off the hoses, is fuel going to start squirting all over? Should I run the tank low and/or drain it first?

Also, I want to start running on bio. Is there a certain type of hose that will stand up better, while I am at it?
