Try this, when you get the "page not found" message change all the "\" in the address to "/" and see if it works.

Works for me

It appears to be working. I did get a few "page not found" errors, the site must be busy with forum members checking to see if it works!

Are you using Internet Explorer? My usual browser is Firefox 1.5 but Braingears does not work with that one, don't know why.

Yeah, that's it. Firefox translates the backslash character ("\") as garbage. If you manually change every backslash to a forward slash, Firefox works fine. Thanks for the tip!

I copied the manuals from Skinnerbox before it went down.

I could copy it onto a CD and mail it out. Maybe we can get it going where one person gets it, copies it and sends it off to someone else. We'd have to get a mailing list going.

You would have to go here and download this program:
http://www.httrack.com/

Then you copy the file to your computer and use HTTRACK to open it.

The file is 812mb but I can compress it to fit on a CD.

SO what do you all think??

Danny
