Locks, check for vacuum leaks. Rear window, sounds like regulator problems, and can be fixed with either cleaning and lubing, straightening out any bends, or just replacing the regulator.

I'd start right under the "search" button.

Try looking here: http://dieselgiant.com/mercedesmastervacuumswitchinstall.htm or use the search button underneath your name at the top of this page. Vacuum is everything. Could be a bad switch or broken line in one of the doors. What part of Western PA are you located at?

Had the same problem on a 240D. Turned out the seal/boot around the actuation shaft of the trunk diaphragm had a crack. Sometimes would seal, sometimes not. Might try blocking off the diaphragms for the trunk lock and fuel door to see if the problem goes away.
