Did Scott Longston sell his SD?

Did Scott Longston sell his SD? I can't find the listing in the cars for sale forum.

If you remember his mbshop handle, please let me know.

Thanks,
Sixto

I actually sold my 300SD to a Brit land owner from B.C. for more than the asking price, so it has now assumed Canadian registry. It had to be one of the weirdest car sales I have ever been involved in.

When I sold him the car, I took an American checque in U.S. dollars, drawn on a bank in Washington State, wrote a California bill of sale to the new owner, but held on to the car and title until the checque cleared.

Then, when the new owner took delivery, I signed over the title, removed my California plates and replaced them with his B.C. plates, threw in all of the spare oil, air, and fuel filters, a couple gallons of Delo 400, miscellaneous spare parts, a gallon of Zerex G05, and the car cover, along with the car's mileage badge with certificate.

Finally, after a brief ceremony involving some toasting with a fine Canadian whiskey, aside from filing the release of liability with the DMV and canceling the insurance coverage, the deal was done.

I am now officially and completely Mercedes-less. . .
