where can i buy lubro moly diesel purge for a good price

dieselgiant.com is way overcharging! $20.50 for two cans!! (albeit includes shipping but still).

someone recommended http://www.interautopartssd.com/
They have it for $5.95 a can (amazing), but i go to checkout - shipping is $14.50 to NJ!!! regardless of whether I have 1,2 or 4 cans.

Any other sites that sell this where shipping might not be so much.

Or even better a store in NJ/nyc area that might have it - I got two bottles of seafoam at the local autozone but i'm going to return them because i decided i really do want the lubro moly stuff. The can looks cooler too

If it were free it would not be worth your time.

Products that are not recommended by your car manufacturer or automotive engineering standards organizations are a waste of your time and money.

hey twitch, have you looked at the dieselgiant site that did a tear down of a 617? he shows what DP does to keep the car running well. soot buildup on the crown of the piston, and the edge of the compression chamber on the head are cleaned by the DP, so while it is no replacement for proper cleaning of the injectors, it can improve a mildly sooted up motor.

Maybe other factors involved. You can take the picture as proof, I don't.

I have been buying it by the two case loads, cheaper for shipping, and selling by the two cans on ebay. I can list a price on here but not sure that I can do that?

Can't you simply do an italian tune up? I had the head off my 606 at 60K when I broke a GP and it didn't look carboned up?

I am curious about that cleaning tho. Can you direct me to it? I went to that site and didn't see it.

Shoot. I haven't seen it at my Napa down here in Portland. I will have to look harder or on the other side of the river.

Here's what you do if it's so cold your diesel fuel gels. Smear some on some toast and stay inside until it warms up outside.

Try a highway truckstop for big rigs

Also, ask your parts house manager to stock it... most good ones usually get re-stocked twice weekly and will try to accomodate your requests...

Diesel Giant helps out quite a bit with the visuals.
