I don't see what the problem is. It rains, it stops, no problem!
I like the NW. Rarely do I see temps go above 90 which I don't like. The rain takes care of all the watering and keeps things green. It's those rainy days that gets me out of doing yard work. I then get to work on the cars in the garage.

SHHHHHHHHHHHH! It rains everyday and it's an awful place to live, remember. No one should ever move up here.

On the other hand

its UNBELIEVABLE how many pristine older cars are out here, and there are tons of 7o and 80 Mercedes Gassers that look brand new..........

You can't move far enough away from the smell there.

try crossing the bridge from Memphis Tennesse into West Memphis Arkansas. I swear it can give NJ a run for it's money.

I think every place has its good points and bad points...NJ gets a bad Rep sometimes...I just wanted to see the world, I think I'm just having a phase of homesickness...and I always thought I was somewaht levelheaded... Seattle has some real nice things about it, its peaceful and clean and people don't litter and its a small "big" city...and its wordly and everything...but i am so glad I spent my developing days as a Dieselhead in NJ, because it was a lot easier there...

I live in the cloudy part. Seriously, south of Seattle by 5 miiles. D&*(* where did the sun go this weekend. I just stare up at the thick blanket of heavy clouds, sitting like a furry coat up there. It feels like Winter today. I just try to scamper around and keep busy and try not to think about it too much. Seriously I love this city. Its very nice and its a relief to live in a place without a lot of nasty crime and graffiti and shopping malls and chain stores on every major road. I think there are only three major malls here, in many places like this there would be 10...I just wish there were Sun here ...

Just wait until September, you won't see the sun again until next July.

I heard. There are two seasons here. August and Winter. I have been here 3 months now. Dont laugh, but it was warmer the day I got here and sunnier also. This is surreal, winter in June.

Not far off. We don't really get "winter" here though (that would include more than one day of snow per year). I'd say it's more like July and November are the two seasons.
