Valve adjustment help please...
Sorry about the simple question, but my Haynes manual is in my friend's garage and I can't get ahold of him.
I have my valve cover off and everything but I forgot which valve is the intake and which is the exhaust... Could someone please fill me in on which is which if I am standing in front of the car looking down at the engine. Thanks in advance...Joe

You can also look to see what order the manifolds are on the head.

Easies way on ANY engine is to look at the manafold to which the valve ports to. Exhaust valve closest to ehxaust manafold port ect.

0.35mm is more like .014" by my reckoning.

I made that diagram and you're correct- .35mm = 0.01377952756" Why didn't I double-check? I Nifonged that one I guess! one can also tell which is which by remembering that the first valve will be exhaust, then intake, and the layout alternates for each cylinder, but a diagram you can check off always helps me the most
