1997 W210 E300D Sun Roof Not Functioning

My 1997 W210 E300D's Sun Roof is Not Functioning The only thing I can think of is I may have cut one of the wires while removing rusty metal underneath the right passenger rocker. I accidentally cut through the wire conduit striking several wires, but not cutting through them, just tearing the casing on them I am an electrical repair tech, there are so many wires in there, I found matching wires to the switch for all but 1 wire in the conduit (red on blue). What I need to know is, is there a relay for the power roof window under the hood and where is it located so I can trace down which wire is possibly bad using a continuity test...
