Put dash back together= no auto locks? Weird!
I recently replaced the electrical protion of the ignition switch and now when I'm outside of the car to lock the doors, they don't 'all' work!' I'll eventually fix the problem but does anyone know what i've touched to cause this?
-removed dash and all related connections -pulled two hoses off of lock assembly -removed ignition plug -replaced switch did the reverse to put back For the record, my CC fan only worked for about 20 seconds till it died again. Guess it wasn't the switch after all.

I would say you definitely caused a vac leak somewhere, I'd check those hoses that you disconnected under the dash first, if everything was working before.

Thanks.
I actually blew two fuses and when I replaced them, everything worked. I thought the locks were totally vac. operated? The ACC fan when on and off as wished but after the 7-8 button push, it's a no go again. Will check the fan relay and go from there.

They are actuated by an electrically operated vacuum pump in the trunk.
