What is this part? Turbo/Intake

I've noticed that the tube from my breather hose is kind of messed up where it connects to the turbo. I need to replace it I think, but need to know what to order and such. The breather tube is all cracked as well so I will order that. Pics attached...
Not the best quality but hopefully you can see what im speaking of.
Does this basically mean my turbo is getting unfiltered air or that I'm not getting all the boost I should be?

Also notice that the bottom of that big hose is caked with oil... yuck

Yes you are running the risk of unfiltered air in your intake. I used to have a extra one of those tubes but I ended up cutting it down so it would fit a non CA turbo. It never ended up sealing right so all I did was ruin it.

So do I just need a breather tube? Is the thing supposed to be held in there with the screw? It looks like someone messed with it and it's too short or something.

Your breather tube fitting is broken. You could try pushing the tube into the hole and then sealing around it with some roofing cement (sticks to everything) but I imagine it'll pull back out.

Ok, thanks for the help.

Say, this wouldn't be the cause of my former 100 mph top speed being reduced to 93-95 mph would it?

Probably, you were sucking in a lot grime through that hole at that speed.
