Anyone have a good site/price for H&R spacers?
The crap spacers that I bought off of ebay, Ichiba, are....well crap! Before I sell these wheels I see that the H&R spacers look nice, but high in price. Anyone have a better/best price web site for them?

What was wrong with the Ichibas? Did they not fit over the front hubs? I had to turn my front hubs down a bit on my lathe. They did fit fine in the back. For the amount of time it took to do that I could have spent the money on H&R's. The one thing I did find out about H&R is that they are worthless for the right size lug bolts. I purchased them through ezaccessorys.com. Other than that the Ichibas are working fine.

I posed the same question on another forum I'm on, but it's down for a software upgrade, so I haven't heard anything. Based on my own research, the cheapest prices I found are here (because of the free shipping for orders over $100): http://www.jazzproparts.com/category_s/3288.htm
I found a link for a GP that fizzled out and I sent an e-mail about possibly starting it up again. I haven't heard anything back yet though. If anyone has a contact in Germany that would probably be the cheapest way to get these and save the most. My brother-in-law is in Belgium, so I'll try to get him to look into it for me.

Just got a reply from the company and a GP is a no-go, but I requested pricing, so we'll see what they say...

Haven't gotten to that just yet. I am still open to other wheel options and had already done a fair amount of research...although I hadn't hit the search button here yet.
I found this site/link in a search here and they are about the cheapest after shipping more than one pair: http://www.ecstuning.com/HR/appguides/app_search.cgi?make=Mercedes-Benz&qt=spacers&model=300CE%2C+300E%2C+300E+TD%2C+300SL%2C+300TE%2C+500E%2C+500SL%2C+560SL%2C+C220%2C+C240%2C+C250%2 C+C280%2C+C32+AMG%2C+C320+Sport+Wagon%2C+C36%2C+C43%2C+CLK+230%2C+CL&submit=Search%21 Joe, I'm home all day by the way. I'm taking the CD out for a spin with the GPS to verify the speedo before I start swapping wheels & tires. It's got 195 70 14's on it and the "spare" set I picked up last week has brand new 215 70 15's. Sadly my 300SD I'm selling has 205 70 14's, so there's no direct swapping going on.

Hey Don, when you come over, we'll go out for a spin w/the GPS. It's laptop based, so it helps to have a 2nd person to man it.
I just got this reply on the spacers from one source: Quote:

Dumb question, but are those prices for a pair, or just one?

That's for a pair, so you'd basically need two pair for all 4 wheels/tires.
New site with similar pricing, but it gets cheaper if you buy more than one pair: http://www.purems.com/ I had to search for the part number directly though. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these are the part numbers corresponding to our cars: 1055665, 1255665, 2055665, 3055665, 4055665, 5055665, and 6055665. The first two digits are how much you're widening the track, ie 1055665 = 10mm wider, or two 5mm spacers.

I need a 12mm for the front and think that I need a 15mm for the rear. That should have all four about even width inside the fender wells.
