Build-a-boost controller

Can anyone provide me with a parts shopping list for the parts that I'd need to make my own boost controller? WQhen I re-assembled my waste gate actuater I was a little conservative on the adjustment. I have 10PSI at WOT which is good, but I'd like more, now's the time for a boost controller.

OR

I have a 12v Pneumatic solenoid and a hand full of relays:

plumb a normally closed solenoid inline of the boost signal hose, and wire a relay to the boost sensor on the intake manifold, when the sensor reaches 18 PSI and cmpletes the circuit, it applys voltage to the solenoid, thus allowing the boost pressure signal to actuate the WG valve. Only problem with that is if it fails it'll fail closed increasing my overboost risk.

hope this helps. i don't have a boost gauge yet so i have not tried it out. some will say find a BB to put in there instead of the thing i made. but like i said i don't have a gauge to test it. if it does not work all it will take is a BB to be sure.

AWESOME thanks!
We have BINS of misc brass fittings at work so I'll rummage thru that and see what I can come up with. as for YOUR controller, are you sure that spring is weak enough to allow that pin to raise at a specified pressure?

my calibrated mouth can push enough pressure to blow though it. and the regulated air on the air compressor can be held back to 30+ psi.

so i would say yes
