i just dont understand y the turbo doesnt make any noise on the 603

To get more turbo whine you could ding a compressor blade. This would cause the airflow to be uneven and throw the thing out of balance. That should create some whine Of course your turbo won't last long after this .

I cut off my stock muffler and put a cherry bomb in its place. I could here just a little more whine and I got a little more power due to a drop in back pressure. It also allows the turbo to spool just a little quicker and gives a tad more boost. I would leave the resonator in place. The resonator eliminates the low frequency drone.

because by the time the turbo is spinning fast enough to make the noise the waste gate opens and the change in the exhaust note will kill any sound


It'll make noise with a full 3" unmuffled exhaust. YOU won't be able to hear it really loud, but others will hear it.

I CLEANED my turbo and it's making a much sweeter whistle sound than it has before
