DieselGiant around?

Anyone else having trouble with DieselGiant orders?

I've got 2 outstanding orders, one of them is 2 weeks old, and no status updates, no tracking info, no products, and no response when I e-mail them about it.

Just seeing if I'm alone or not.

Diesel Giant is legit as they come. Russell is a great guy and I have been to his house before. Maybe he is on vacation?

I didn't think he was a scam, since I was very happy with the vacuum parts that I got from him earlier -- I was more thinking along the lines of, did something happen to him?

I guess I'll wait a bit.

Very odd, I had a response and got my order of Bosio nozzles within about 7-8 days of ordering them a few months ago....hopefully everything is ok on his end.

If Russell fails to respond..........there's probably a good reason.

Rest assured your product will be shipped...........he's a standup guy.

Definitely don't worry about your order. I ordered some synthetic compressor oil from him and the invoice came with a hand written "Thanks for your order!" written on it. That may not mean much to some but I like that little personal touch. Give him a call. I'm sure there's a legit reason.

I'll give him a call later this week, if I don't hear from the e-mail.

I bought there based on his unparalleled reputation in the community, so I'm not worried, just excited to get my repairs underway.

Thanks for the reassurances, guys

His prices aren't exactly cheap, but his pictorials are very very helpful on most things. As others have said, he has been very trustworthy.......
He doesn't seem to come around as much as he used to, but sadly that is true of a lot of folks......

Yeah-- I'm in agreement with those supporting Diesel Giant.. I think he's a good guy, doing good things.. I bought his DVD on a/c refurb, and you can tell he's a typical 'Joe' just trying to eek out a living, doing what he loves..

If anything-- I'm jealous of him!!

IF you're out there-- hope you're okay, bud!

Mr. Russel got back to me this morning, the old order had been shipped USPS, not FedEx, so it wasn't supposed to have tracking in the first place.

Nothing had been in my box at my apartment, so I went inquiring about it, they had it back in the office for some reason or other I wasn't really able to get out of them (still sealed up, but not in my box for some reason...)

So, the problem was due to dubious people at my apartment complex, not the mail.

Thanks, DieselGiant!
