Heater only blows super hot air..

I have a 1985 300 TD and I have been trying to resolve some vacuum issues. The other day I disconnected the yellow lock hoses and plugged the end of the supply to them. While doing this I seem to have pulled out the line to the Engine shut down. I drove the car for the day using the manual shut off under the hood. When I reconnected the hose to the shut off, not only does the shut off still not work but the heater has now started to blow only super hot air.

Does this car have a vacuum driven blend box? If so what color is the line?

Or is this a Climate Control console issue?

Please help, I may be in MN but I won't need that kind of heat for about a month.
