I have 3 parts cars to sell. 1 Forest green 1983 300d euroBody in good shape Trans worked good when I parked it for parts. Most all of the interior is gone. engine. trans. & drive IP are still there. All brakes are removed along with all front linkage and steering box.
2. Blue 1981 300d right rear damaged seats missing. some parts missing,radiator, condenser, shifter, 2 callipers. rust on 2 doors.
3. white 1980 300d dented left rear fender. It runs but no reverse. Check my recent post on this. All the missing parts from above are in this car. Good seats a/c is cool no heat.
If anyone is seriously interested send me a message. If anyone has a suggestion for a price please post your opinions. They will be appreciated. Post any questions you may have I'll get back with an answer.
I live close to Breaux Bridge off of I-10 RAY M I'll get some pics when I can. Request them if you like.

You're complaining about the poor response of 46 readers not rushing down to Cajun Country to pick up a non running already picked over old Benz. Man, you have to be kidding. Did you ever stop to think what that would cost to bring a vehicle like that from Cajun Country to any other region of the country. I brought one from Nashville to Indy last spring, (about 300 mies one way) and I know it cost me at least $500.00. Secondly, it seems like you will sell only the whole vehicle or what is left of it. List it in the parts section of the Forum and maybe you can sell them by the piece. I think that is your best bet.

not complaining. If you notice in the 2nd post i figured it was because i'm away from everything down here and It would probably be better to sell here in Louisiana. I'm going to try to sell the cars. Drop me a note when you come. My days off are different each week. We can take off what you need. Anything particular you all want. I do not mind helping out when a part is needed. I-10 is still closed I think. They are giving it another week to cap the well and put out the fire I think. If you know how to get the 300d to go in reverse good, it runs good otherwise. Parts car though I think. The 240d manual is dented, but I have the parts, just not the time to fix. That one I will miss. RAY M

I'm in New Orleans and need a few small parts that I have not seen listed in catalouges. I mean real small pieces parts. Would you be intrested in pulling and selling?
Specificly door striker plate bolts (2) and seat nut/clip that the bolt threads into where you mount the seats to the floorboards. I was changing out the seats and found mine to be rusted badly and they pretty much disintegrated. As for the stiker plate bolts, I wound up boogering the heads on 2 of them trying to remove them (god bless the Easy Out).

I don't have any travel plans comming up and these parts would be easily sent though the mail. I could try to make a day trip if that is what it takes.
