Anyone familiar with the 4L diesel in an MB 814 van?

One of the reasons I got interested in diesels is that about 8 years ago I realized there was a road that encircled the Mediteranean and thought a good retirement adventure would be to drive that road in a motorhome. Shortly thereafter I learned of the Paris to Peking club and was also interested in that. I bought a 307d motorhome in Europe and owned it for a few years, kind of testing the water. The recent thread about the Swiss Mann motorhome in Aspen has got me thinking again. I found this in Austria on Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.de/Wohnmobil-Mercedes-Benz-814-DA-37-Allrad_W0QQitemZ140187153056QQihZ004QQcategoryZ44794QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Anyone know anything about its engine? 4L and I doubt it's turbocharged since it only has 100KW power rating on it. I'm attracted to the fact that it's a 4wd as that would be a good vehicle to drive on adventures like this. It's quite pricey and I don't know if this reflects the general value of 4WD MB vans. It only has 48k kilometers on it though.

Looks like the engine is probably an OM364. Anyone know anything about it?

I find the dual master cylinders and boosters rather interesting.

It might be an OM352a, but I don't know if they made them as late as 1993.

I was trying to figure that out too. Is on the clutch master? If so, why the booster and what is the third little reservoir attached to the one on the left? It says it has ABS.

The only engine I could find from the 90's with 39XX cc's was the 364. Found a website where a guy was replacing a 314 in a tractor with a 364. 364 comes in a turbo and a turbo intercooled version as well as NA from what I can gather. It looks like Toyota may have used it in some Land Cruisers.

The way I see it

I think the first reservoir is for the clutch, with the line going down to the slave, then the two reservoirs with the boosters, one for the front brakes, one for the rear. Probably it makes for a reasonable front to rear brake compensator beside being a great safety feature in case of a major brake failure in either the front or the rear.

It appears to be set up such that you have to go outside first to go to the toilet? And what a step up to get into the toilet too.

Something of a conversion I believe from an industrial truck.

If you look closely at the bathroom photo, you can see a door going to the interior. It does look like a conversion from an industrial truck. Why else would there be outside doors to the bath. However, the original price of 160k Euros would seem to hint at an originally built motorhome.
