crankshaft seal replacement 84 300SD

Hey folks. I have a badly leaking front seal that I need to replace. I pulled out my 126 service manual cd and disk 1 won't read!

I think the process is fairly straight forward, but I feel better with a manual in front of me. Can anyone point me to a copy online? Or give me the basics on replacing the front seal? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
