I have always had a pickup as a second (or main) vehicle and feel something is missisng without one around. This, juxtaposed with the MB obsession, means that if I wish to only have MB's in the shed, I must find a MB "pickup"! Someday. And my G pickup will be all business- hauling and in the woods and fields, and, of course, have a OM617 under the hood...

AFAIK There are no factory G-Wagen pickups.
Swampyankee, my G500 is completely stock. No blingy wheels, just the way it came from the factory. Now, this summer, it may be getting a lift, as we found a company that manufactures a 1-2" body lift, as well as a 2-3" suspension lift.... ![]()
