Help identifying broken line

While wrestling with a stuck ALDA my fat arm broke a little plastic line. While trying to trace it I managed to break it even more. Does anyone know what this is? The car seems to run ok except it is shifting differently but that might be because the ALDA is off of it right now. This is an 87 300SDL.
