how many ounces is a full charge of R12 in the 1987 300SDL

I would like to know some data about AC charge in the 126.
1) how many ounces of R12 needed if system is completely empty and clean.
2) how many ounces of oil in the system (split in compressor and dryer
3) Is BJ frigi quiet the compressor oil to use.
Is anyone on the Forum who could guide me trough the process
I have the R12 license, know some basics but I am not an expert.
My system is not working since I own the car 3 years ago. No pressure on the system. And I want to get the AC back to work. Thanks
